Terms and Conditions for returns
​
- Must be unworn and kept in original packaging
- Must be within 7 days of purchase
- No cash returns will be given for change of mind, only store credit or an exchange
- Strictly no returns on custom orders due to them being made purely to your personal preferences

In Salon Appointment Policies
I am an appointment based salon, no walk-in options are available. All appointments are based at my flagship location Chermside Beauty on 773 Gympie Rd, Chermside. Appointments can be booked online or by messaging me on Facebook or Instagram, my services are located in the Book Online tab.

My salon is a safe space, I am a proud supporter of the LGBTQI+, kink, sex worker communities and there is no judgement on who would like to purchase wigs. There may be some colourful characters, disadvantaged and vulnerable people, their comfort and safety is my highest priority.

Terms and Conditions for appointments
​
- Must arrive on time
- Must arrive with clean hair and clean hygiene
- If you would like a mask to be worn, I need to be notified upon booking
- If you require wheelchair access, I need to be notified upon booking
- If you require a private appointment, you must notify me upon booking
Reasons for a private appointment
- Health reasons
- Privacy reasons

- Children are allowed on site
- Support people are welcome, however, if they aren't supportive and make my job difficult, they may be asked to wait outside. Example(s)
- Making fun of wigs on my client, this can lead to distress or unwelcomed emotions
- Talking over me while I am trying to assist you
- Support animals are welcome
- If you are not respectful of my clients or use any racist, homophobic, transphobic language, you will be asked to leave immediately
- Consultations are free but please be aware of my time as there are many other clients in need of my services
- If you don't show up to your first appointment with me but wish to create another later down the track a $30 deposit will be required, this can be redeemed off any product purchased from me
Order & Pre-order Policies
More often than not, I run out of wigs because they are in high demand, this is why I offer pre-orders on wigs so my clients have the opportunity to get wigs they want. Custom human hair creations take time to make…like a bespoke wedding dress, this service is meticulously measured and crafted just for you, with many variables these things take time, you will be given an approximate turn around time and kept up to date along the way in regards to your new hair investment

Terms and Conditions for Ordering

- If you see an in stock wig you like and it hasn't been sold yet, I can place it on hold for 24 hours, if you do not purchase it within those 24 hours it will be put back on the shelf for other clients
- Purchased wigs that require postage will be posted within the next 2 business days
- Tax receipts are available to all upon purchase if requested
- Payment plans are available upon discussion

Terms and Conditions for Preordering
​
- Preorders must be paid in full unless discussed otherwise
- Synthetic Wig preorders take 2-3 weeks to arrive in salon and can be picked up or posted
- If postage is required, please allow 2-5 business days upon the wig arriving in salon, postage will be an additional $12 for express delivery Australia wide, International postage will be discussed upon preorder.

Custom Human Hair Policies
Upon request of your custom order you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following
Terms and conditions related to the purchase and use of a customised wig or topper from New You Wigs & Co. Personalization and Fit.
I understand and acknowledge that the wig I am purchasing is customized based on the specifications and measurements I have provided. I understand that my measurements will fall within one of three cap sizes. Small, Medium or Large.

I agree that it is my responsibility to ensure that all measurements and specifications given to New You Wigs & Co are accurate and complete. Any discrepancies in fit or appearance due to incorrect information provided by me will not be the responsibility of New You Wigs & Co I understand that each individuals head shape is different and there is only three standard sizes, and there is a possibility that the cap size my measurements fall in to may need further adjustments. If I choose to have any custom resizing done, I understand that it comes at an additional charge. I also understand the material inside the cap may temporarily shrink if it has been coloured and washed. I understand this may require the cap to be dried and stretched back in to its correct size. If the cap is wet in a bag and not air dried it will make it feel smaller. This is not a manufacturer size error and a replacement will not be given based on a wet cap. I understand that appropriate actions need to be taken to correct the fit. If the wrong size was ordered by New You Wigs & Co it is their responsibility to replace the entire unit at no cost to me. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: As this wig / topper is customized, I understand that once production has started, the wig is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
I accept that any adjustments or alterations needed post-production due to changes in my preferences or measurements will incur additional charges. If I choose I do not want to keep the wig/topper I can request New You Wigs & Co try to resell it for me to recoup some cost. I understand that I may not get the full price I paid for it and that the Staff at New You Wigs & Co / ReWig will have to charge a fee to list it, advertising and to cover time spent selling it.
I understand it is at New You Wigs & Co discrepancy to offer a store credit in replace of on selling the unit. Material and Color Variations, Appearance and Comfort: I acknowledge that slight variations in colour, texture, and material are possible due to the nature of the materials used and the custom dyeing process. I agree that New You Wigs & Co will not be held liable for these minor variations as they are inherent in the customization process. I understand that there is styling and maintenance required on a human hair wig/topper which is my responsibility to maintain the desired look. E.g blow drying and product to ensure the materials reflect their best appearance.
I understand that the inspiration pictures and references I provided are helpful to the stylist however a human hair wig / topper can not be exactly replicated due to the nature of it being multiple donors hair and processing. I fully understand the stylist team will do their best to achieve my request and provide clear communication throughout to make this a pleasant experience and achieve my desired look, but it may not be exact.
I understand that if I have not given enough specifications and have asked the Team to use some creative control, I can not then change the final product without having to pay for the additional changes. I understand that the wig/topper is a manufactured product and will never look like it is completely growing from my scalp. It is my responsibility to practice and experiment with ways to make it look as natural and comfortable as possible. I understand this may take time and other products I may have to purchase such as wig tape, lace melting spray, hair spray, dry shampoo etc. I understand the more I wear my wig/topper and practice working with it, the more comfortable and confident I will become.
I understand that the New You Wigs & Co team is available for help and advice for a reasonable amount of time post production of my wig/topper , however if I feel like I need more time beyond reasonable service, I can book in for a paid one on one lesson to gain further advice and help. I understand that the wig/topper has cap construction which is necessary to make the unit, that all materials and manufacturing is of a high standard but may feel uncomfortable on me at times. I understand that I have a responsibility to practice and wear the wig/topper so it can begin to look and feel more comfortable.
I understand there may be an adjustment period to reach the point where I am effortlessly comfortable and confident in my new hair. I understand if I have a style cut with the New You Wigs & Co team, it is my responsibility to indicate specifics prior and during my style cut appointment, however being that there is fixed cap construction and the hair is sewn in and falls differently to regular biological hair, the stylist will set realistic expectations with me.
I understand the Stylist team is experienced with styling and cutting wigs/toppers and that if my preferred cut will not work, they will explain the process and guide the cut to the closest achievable option. I understand that after the first style cut, if I want to make further changes it will be an additional cost. Understanding the process and emotions regarding my purchase.
I understand that wearing a new wig/topper may feel overwhelming and may cause an emotional reaction which may make me feel negative towards the wig and the process. I understand the New You Wigs & Co team are there to support me throughout this journey, and that I have a responsibility to treat the team with kindness and respect.
I understand that it can be a lengthy process with many variables and it may take a few attempts to finalise my wig/topper. I understand there are wait times and processes involved and that the Team will be working as best they can to ensure efficiency and my satisfaction. I understand that wearing a wig/topper is never going to be the same as biological hair due to the nature of it being a wig/topper; a manufactured alternative to biological hair. I am aware that it may take time to accept wearing new alternative hair and that the New You Wigs & Co team are genuinely here to support Me and it is my responsibility to ask for further assistance throughout my wig/topper journey if I am not feeling complete satisfaction with my purchase.
Maintenance and Care
I understand that proper care and maintenance of the wig / topper are crucial for its longevity and appearance. New You Wigs & Co has provided me with care instructions, and I agree to follow them diligently. I accept that failure to adhere to these care instructions may result in damage to the wig, for which New You Wigs & Co will not be responsible.
I understand New You Wigs & Co offers a wash and rejuvenation service, should I wish to use this service I understand it comes at an additional cost. I understand that multiple washes and wear may result in the wigs colour changing / fading and may require a touch up service, fresh toners and treatments etc that are an additional service cost.
Allergies and Sensitivities
I confirm that I have disclosed any known allergies or sensitivities to materials used in wig construction. I release New You Wigs & Co from any liability related to allergic reactions or sensitivities that may arise from wearing the wig, provided that the company has used the materials as specified and disclosed.
By signing this waiver, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand that this is a legally binding document, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
